Item came fast and great packaging. Item was exactly as described and very easy to setup. I did not even need the instructions. Fit mounts perfectly and holds IPad pro 13 perfectly
After over 2 years of using a box to hold up my Surface Pro I upgraded to a VESA Tablet Holder and a second monitor arm for my desk.
I've used this for over a month now and if I could I'd give it 3.5 stars. Customer service though I'd give 5 stars.
Pros:
- does what it says on the box in that it holds up my SurfacePro in table mode
- keeps the tablet secure
- declutters my desk by having the tablet raised
Cons:
- the SurfacePro is a bigger tablet so the holder is only able to be used to hold the top and bottom of the tablet, not the sides
- the screws which came with the holder were way too short to attach to the VESA plate and just spun around and around rendering the the whole thing pretty useless. Luckily I had some better screws which came with my monitor arm which worked perfectly. This really needs to be fixed by Desky.
- it's fiddly to get the tablet in and out as one hand needs to hold the tablet so it doesn't fall. I'm not convinced of the longevity of the holder as it does feel a bit flimsy.
