Your Desky desk is designed for daily use and is Built to Last. Every component in our desk frames are tested beyond industry standards for durability and reliability.Â
Our 10-year regular warranty applies to the sit-stand desk frame and electronic components. The Almost Perfect desktops are sold as is, but we guarantee that they will last over time. To support that, this model is covered by:
10-Year Warranty â Desk frame, motors, control box, and all electronic components
No Warranty â Almost Perfect Desktop surfaces and finish

Before Lodging a Claim: Troubleshooting
Most issues with height-adjustable desks can be fixed in just a few minutes, without needing a return or replacement. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend performing a quick system reset. This solves most error codes, uneven legs, and movement faults.
How to Reset Your Desk
- Press and hold the âDownâ button until the desk reaches its lowest position.
- Continue holding the button for 5â10 seconds until the display reads âResetâ.Â
- Press and hold the ââDownâ button again until the desk lowers a little more and then rises slightly. The height will display and is then ready to use.Â
- Test the desk, moving it up and down through the full height range.

Return Instructions
Products purchased from the Desky Almost Perfect Range are not subject to the standard Desky Return Policy and Warranty Policy. Almost Perfect Range products are sold in âas-isâ condition. The product description lists the condition and/or product fault with accompanying indicative photos of the described issue or imperfection with the product. Buyers acknowledge and accept the product in the condition it is in when purchasing a product through the Almost Perfect Range program.
No return or refund requests are accepted for Almost Perfect Range products for the condition and/or fault described. No change of mind requests are accepted for Almost Perfect Range products. The listed product condition and/or fault is not covered by the Desky Warranty Policy.
Where an Almost Perfect Range product is sold with a new product, as is the case where an Almost Perfect Range desktop is paired with a new Desk Frame for example, the new product is covered by the usual Desky Warranty policy and return conditions.
