Desky offers a wide range of real wood desk tops, sourced from various regions to ensure quality and sustainability. Our Walnut wood comes from America, along with Red oak and White oak, White ash is sourced from France and White Oak is also sometimes sourced from Germany. We also utilize Teak wood and Saman from Laos, finally Pheasantwood from Vietnam.
Each hardwood is carefully selected and crafted to create durable and beautiful wooden desks. With our commitment to responsible sourcing, you can enjoy the natural beauty of hardwood while supporting sustainable practices.
Steel Reinforcements: Our Desky wooden desks have vertically inserted bars of reinforced steel beneath the tabletop, further strengthening our desks' already best-in-class strength, stability and thickness.
This significant upgrade can also help to reduce wobbles and perhaps eliminate the possibility of warping. The quantity of reinforcements included on each tabletop varies by size, with more being added to longer table tops
Precision Slots: Desky is pro actively avoiding even the tiniest risk of warpage with the help of precision cut slots, and our leading 1" desktop thickness.
The slots are precisely cut gaps using CNC technology that are embedded to the underside of table surfaces. These spacers offer the desk adequate flexibility and space to expand and contract organically without putting other portions of the table top under stress.
Threaded Inserts: Desky Desktop Inserts are designed and placed on our desktops with precision engineering to ensure optimal longevity. These machined threads enable precise tabletop installation on the frame, as well as the ability to build and disassemble your Desky as needed. This will ensure that your tabletop lasts a lifetime.
Desky’s wooden desktop range contains no Formaldehyde resin in the manufacturing process. Meaning your home and office will be safe from any harmful chemicals.
Our desktops are air dried, coated with a single-pack lacquer and then air-cured before being packaged up. This process protects the beautiful natural finish of the wood, enhances its natural grains and tones and ensures there are no volatile organic compounds once finalised.

I first heard about Desky from Reddit and they were right, this desk is worth the money. The wooden top is sturdy, gorgeous, and clearly well made. The desk feels like it was built to last. It was as easy if not easier than a peice of Ikea furniture to assemble. I love how nicely it rises and lowers. My only complaint is that I'm not in love with the cable management system, but its easy enough to mod if you know what you want.

Excellent service and beautiful desk. Love the walnut finish on the desk top. Easy to follow instructions and of the highest quality. Looks good in the bedroom and fits perfectly in our space . Worth the price for an excellent desk.
Quality and finish is excellent, the phesantwood is sublime, worth the cost in my opinion. Installation was easy although 30 min per the video is optimistic. Seems like a piece of furniture that will last a long time. For reference it's a 110cm x 60cm mini, loads of space for a simple laptop set-up as pictured, with a 34" monitor.

I live in a small NYC apartment and wanted a small desk to go in my living room. I use an ergonomic keyboard, monitor arm, tablet holder, laptop stand, the whole works. I needed a desk that was solid and robust but also compact, which is really hard to find. The Desky desk has been perfect for me.
