Had the chair for a few months now and it is very adjustable which is important since the people in our family have different requirements. It is very comfortable to sit in for desk work and would recommend the chair to others. Important to know the chair is actually made in Malaysia - I was under the impression it was made in Canada.
On the constructive side the assembly instructions are not clear. I had the wrong bolt and was able to seat it just enough to turn it and break one of the chair sockets during assembly. For such a well designed product, I was surprised the instructions were not equally well designed. Once assembled I had a lot of left over pieces (photo) which is either confusing or concerning. BTW This is not my first assembly - I renovated my own house, build my own computers etc so not a newb at following instructions. Overall a good chair with room to improve the instructions.

It was easy to put together, and adjust at every angle.
I particularly like the lumbar Support and that I can slide the base of the seat forward.

My back was aching for a while, I finally decided to make the change to a more ergonomic chair and chose desky due to its choice of styles and features. I can safely say it was the correct choice because it's really comfortable and customizable.
Perfect adjustments finally able to be made! This chair surpasses any other office chair Iâve had. I didnât get the headrest so canât comment there but great comfort for price.

Excellent for long hours at the desk.
I'm 195cm or 6'4 tall and need to be careful sitting for long periods as I have a long back. I've always had trouble finding a good chair but this Desky Elite with the headrest is perfect! Adjustable in all the right places including sliding the seat out further from the back which is great for my long legs. With a 10 year warranty I don't have to worry about wasting my money like with all of the $200 - $300 "gaming chairs" which never last long at all...

This is the best chair I have used so far. I can adjust as per my preferences. I Had the same chair back in Nepal and my office setup here in Oz was not complete without it.
The chair has a lot of adjustments. It is super comfortable. The only surprising thing is that it started squeaking in a week. Only minor squeaking though, when leaning back and rotating.
Overall, just an awesome product.
