Iâve always had a static footrest at my office desk so having one that rocks and is dynamic makes it much more comfortable for your feet and feels like you can get your blood moving while in a seated position. Also know that the foot rest can be flipped in different directions for differing levels to keep it interesting.
I like to work in different positions so grabbed a set of skates for my sit/stand desk. Problem was my the sitting desk height was too high even with a keyboard drawer below. I tried a few options even a cardboard box but finally grabbed the Desky Rocker after other versions fell apart (usual the plastic platform cracking). Assembly was ok, no instructions but finally worked out the slide-in-to-lock design. Height is great on the highest side and the rocking motion is perfect!
Love this! This little foot stool is perfect for getting my legs comfy at the desk. Itâs also made my sit stand chair a lot more comfy as I can lean against it at any angle

I bought one of these for my work site as I struggled so much with knee pain after long periods of sitting at a desk/ computer. Now I have no pain at all when I stand as Iâm keeping my legs, knees, ankles and hips always moving. It has resulted in me having a lot less fatigue in my whole body at the end of the day! So, I also bought one for working from home too! So so grateful!

Itâs a comfortable size, easy to put together, sturdy. Only problem is it runs away from you all the time, Iâm using mine on carpet
I bought this to aid in recovery from a knee injury. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and now keeps my legs moving while I'm seated at my desk. Too soon to say if the knees have been saved, but my ankles and calves are certainly enjoying the little bit of excercise!
