Ownership of the data entered and collected by the Desky Bluetooth Controller app is retained by you. Your data is not shared or transmitted to any external parties. If you wish to delete all data, you can easily achieve this by uninstalling the app from your device.
No, the Desky Bluetooth Controller allows only one device to connect to a desk at a time, ensuring exclusive control. Similarly, each device can establish a connection with only one desk at a time. This ensures a seamless and dedicated user experience without the possibility of multiple device connections or one device controlling multiple desks simultaneously.
You cannot scan the QR from your camera app as there is no link established to the Desky app. Please ensure you are scanning the QR code within the Desky app. Check that your Bluetooth is on and working.
To use the Desky Bluetooth Controller with an Android or iOS device, it is important to have Google Assistant and Siri installed on your device. You can find instructions on how to install Google Assistant or iOS by referring to the links.
