Is it possible for multiple devices to connect to the same desk simultaneously or can one device connect to multiple desks at once?

No, the Desky Bluetooth Controller allows only one device to connect to a desk at a time, ensuring exclusive control. Similarly, each device can establish a connection with only one desk at a time. Why is my QR code not scanning to connect the controller?

You cannot scan the QR from your camera app as there is no link established to the Desky app. Please ensure you are scanning the QR code within the Desky app. Check that your Bluetooth is on and working.

Why won't my Desky app connect to the desk?

  2. Verify that the Bluetooth controller is securely connected to the appropriate control box port.
  3. Confirm that the desk is receiving power.
  4. To troubleshoot, you can uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
