The top is the same build as our full-size bamboo: strips cross-hatch layered three deep, pressed, then sealed under a hard polyurethane coat. On a 32 by 20 or 40 by 24 inch surface that coat earns its place, because a small desk ends up doing every job in the room and has nowhere to put the mess at the end of the day.
Each leg runs three shorter stages, so more of the section stays engaged at the top. 330.7 lbs sits on it without moving, the same rating as the full-size frames, across the whole 23.6 to 49.2 inch range.

Our grommet desktops include two preinstalled grommet covers, an additional method to adjust your cable management with top side openings designed for convenient cable placement. These 80mm channels are strategically positioned just inside the legs of your Desky Minimal Monitor Stand, and purposely designed so your cables drop directly into the Desky Mini Cable and Power Tray located beneath the desktop. This precision alignment ensures a smooth vertical drop for all your monitor and peripheral wires, keeping them tucked away and out of sight to eliminate visual clutter.
To maintain a seamless minimalist look, we provide black grommets for dark desktops and white grommets for lighter desktop finishes. The grommets feature a clever shutter to protect your cables from fraying and can be closed entirely when not in use to keep your workspace tidy. Three-layer cross-hatch lamination: Our bamboo desktops are manufactured using thousands of bamboo strips that have been UV cured, laminated and layered in a cross-hatch formation resulting in one of the strongest desks in our range.
Durable Coating: The bamboo desktop after being assembled is then coated using multiple layers of polyurethane finish which seal the bamboo pieces and ensures that the desk will last a lifetime. This coating is non-toxic, child friendly and also spill-resistant.
Threaded Inserts: Desky Desktop Inserts are designed and placed on our desktops with precision engineering to ensure optimal longevity. The DESKY Single Sit Stand desk frame is powered by a single electric motor that has an 80kg capacity and height range of 73-123cm. The DESKY Dual Sit Stand desk frame is our premium desk frame powered by a dual motor system with 330.7 lbs capacity and best in class height range of 60-125cm.
Definitely not! The Desky Dual Mini may be smaller in size but it uses the same motors and control system as our larger Desky Dual sit stand desk range so there is no compromise in quality or function. The only restriction is that the desk frame does not suit all of our under-desk cable management options. For this desk we recommend the Desky Mini Cable Tray.
Our bamboo desktops have a smooth, flat surface. They're made from 100% compressed solid bamboo and are coated with a durable, wear-resistant UV finish. This provides a protective and long-lasting seal without any harmful chemicals.
No, unfortunately, our Bamboo desktop range is only available in select sizes and a rectangular shape, but we do have specific desktops available with Ergo Edges in a number of colours and finishes.
For cable management, you can use the Mini Cable and Power Tray with the Dual Mini Desk, as it is fully compatible. However, due to space limitations, we do not recommend using CPU mounts or drawers with the Dual Mini. We suggest reviewing the specifications of all accessories to ensure proper compatibility.
Yes, our Melamine desktops come with pre-drilled holes for easy assembly of the desktop to your desk frame. You do not need a power drill or tools, simply just a Phillips head screwdriver and the included hex keys.
Yes, we offer the same desk frames that we use for all of our height adjustable sit stand desks as frames only so you can use an existing desktop. This is a great option for existing office spaces that have matching cabinetry and furniture. You can view our Sit Stand Desk Frames here.
Assembly will take as little as 30 minutes and each desktop we supply comes with pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick as possible without needing any power tools. You can do this by yourself but we do recommend having two people to turn the desk over when finished assembly.

We recommend leaving your desk plugged in continuously – the desk has a low draw power supply to help minimise power consumption.

Very sturdy and high quality standing desk. Was looking for a standing desk with this dimension for my partner’s WFH setup with an 32-inch monitor and really happy with this desk. The bamboo table top is quite nice and doesn’t feel cheap like the MDF standing tables we got from a certain Scandinavian furniture chain.
Assembly was a bit tricky but the videos helped - be mindful that there are a few variations on the video as it was done with a slightly larger Dual Mini and not the 800x500mm.
