Height - the ideal height for your monitor is when your eye level is just below the top of the screen. Tilting your head backward or forward can cause neck strain.
Distance - As a general rule, the length of your arm is roughly the distance you want between your eyes and the monitor. This will mean you do not have to crane your neck forward and will help to avoid neck and eye strain.
I'm using the laptop bracket with the dual monitor arm and find it works very well. Convenient and clears a lot of desk space.

Solid product, I was worried it wouldn't be able to hold my heavy 17” laptop but it feels very secure. The front clasps are adjustable which is handy because my laptop base is very thick and the edge is angled making every other option on the market unsuitable. I hope this review helps others who are unsure of it.
Very effective and solid support. Allows you to properly adjust the height to combine the laptop screen with the monitor. The only negative point was the assembly, the tightening screws are difficult to screw in because of the black paint on the support. Otherwise the support is very good.
Does the job, and materials are very premium and sturdy. Could fit a little tighter to the MacBook Pro but it's not a big deal
