I was having back and hip pain with a regular office chair (high quality). The kneeling chair is perfect - it allows for great comfort, takes pressure off my back and hips, and allows me some movement but not so much movement that it becomes challenging to track content on the screen.
Sitting on regular office chairs all day is awful for your back, hips and posture. The kneeling chair takes care of all that and helps you engage your core muscles for an added benefit. Strongly recommend. Every office should have these kneeling chairs.

Love the chair overall and the concept works. The shin cushion edge is a bit harsh though, a curved approach would soften it.

The chair was easy to construct for a person with practical skills. A diagram showing size and slope of supporting braces would be helpful.
The seat of the chair is very comfortable and our backs feel much better. However, the shin pads are taking some getting used to!
