In truth, you won’t use the knee pads all of the time. The whole idea of the kneeling chair is to encourage you to change position and keep moving. Even so, the pads on our chair will make sure your knees never get sore, no matter how much you use them.

It works very well, I am using it all day long. It changed my body posture (no more hunching forward), no more back-pain (it exercises the lower back muscles) and it decompressed the the vertebrae compressed in front by leaning forward (that released the meridians). Assembling - piece of cake. The price is very friendly. The gap between the kneepads is important - it allows having legs down - not just kneeling. Well done.
The product reflects what it is written on the website. Its build is a little shaky at the legs while sitting down. So far so good. A good alternative to a normal desk chair.

I was having back and hip pain with a regular office chair (high quality). The kneeling chair is perfect - it allows for great comfort, takes pressure off my back and hips, and allows me some movement but not so much movement that it becomes challenging to track content on the screen.
Sitting on regular office chairs all day is awful for your back, hips and posture. The kneeling chair takes care of all that and helps you engage your core muscles for an added benefit. Strongly recommend. Every office should have these kneeling chairs.

Love the chair overall and the concept works. The shin cushion edge is a bit harsh though, a curved approach would soften it.

The chair was easy to construct for a person with practical skills. A diagram showing size and slope of supporting braces would be helpful.
The seat of the chair is very comfortable and our backs feel much better. However, the shin pads are taking some getting used to!
