Our grommet desktops include two preinstalled grommet covers, an additional method to adjust your cable management with top side openings designed for convenient cable placement. These 80mm channels are strategically positioned just inside the legs of your Desky Minimal Monitor Stand, and purposely designed so your cables drop directly into the Desky Integrated Cable & Power Channel located beneath the desktop. This precision alignment ensures a smooth vertical drop for all your monitor and peripheral wires, keeping them tucked away and out of sight to eliminate visual clutter.
To maintain a seamless minimalist look, we provide black grommets for dark desktops and white grommets for lighter desktop finishes. The grommets feature a clever shutter to protect your cables from fraying and can be closed entirely when not in use to keep your workspace tidy. Three-layer cross-hatch lamination: Our bamboo desktops are manufactured using thousands of bamboo strips that have been UV cured, laminated and layered in a cross-hatch formation resulting in one of the strongest desks in our range.
Durable Coating: The bamboo desktop after being assembled is then coated using multiple layers of polyurethane finish which seal the bamboo pieces and ensures that the desk will last a lifetime. This coating is non-toxic, child friendly and also spill-resistant.
Threaded Inserts: Desky Desktop Inserts are designed and placed on our desktops with precision engineering to ensure optimal longevity. These machined threads enable precise tabletop installation on the frame, as well as the ability to build and disassemble your Desky as needed. This will ensure that your tabletop lasts a lifetime.
Desky’s wooden desktop range contains no Formaldehyde resin in the manufacturing process. Meaning your home and office will be safe from any harmful chemicals.
Our desktops are air dried, coated with a single-pack lacquer and then air-cured before being packaged up. This process protects the beautiful natural finish of the wood, enhances its natural grains and tones and ensures there are no volatile organic compounds once finalised.

Our bamboo desktops are made from 100% compressed solid bamboo reeds that do not contain any harmful chemicals. The bamboo is finished and sealed with a wear resistant UV coating to provide a protective and durable finish.
No, bamboo is actually 40% stronger than most hardwoods and provide a rigid and durable desktop that will not sag under load or at longer lengths. However, bamboo is still subject to wear and tear and can scratch like other desktops.
Yes, we offer this frame in 4 colours: white, matte black, space grey, and grey.
Yes, our desktops come with pre-drilled holes for easy assembly of the desktop to your desk frame. You do not need a power drill or tools, simply just a Phillips head screwdriver and the included hex keys.
Yes, we offer the same desk frames that we use for all of our height adjustable sit stand desks as frames only so you can use an existing desktop. This is a great option for existing office spaces that have matching cabinetry and furniture. You can view our Sit Stand Desk Frames here.
Assembly will take as little as 30 minutes and each desktop we supply comes with pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick as possible without needing any power tools. You can do this by yourself but we do recommend having two people to turn the desk over when finished assembly.

solid desk. easy to put together and think this is a great desk! Was hesitant with how expensive it was compared to other fixed height desks but the quality really is worth it.
Desk is solid and high quality
I went with the Zero Bamboo desk, 8 power rail, magnetic cable bracket and 2 monitor arms. Opted to collect from Darra and which took only 10 minutes to get the order. Very easy to put together thanks to the clear instructions. Beautiful finish and I'm very happy with the outcome.
Packaging was excellent for the desk 100%, except the desk pad.
Desk is well put together, I ran into a couple of screw holes with a lot of paint in them, but that was only 4 of it if the 30 or so needed for the desk. A of those 4, 3 weren't in enough to get proper engagement on the other side, but not tight, one was impossible to install at all.
The desk itself is wonderful, solid and I'm super happy with it. The cable management tray is great.
Highly recommend buying the wheel, this makes things much easier.
My last grumble is the desk drawer, the holes are not oredrilled and tapped.. so driling is required to install it.
I received my desk within 24 hours and I live in NSW. Website says 3 to 4 days. What a pleasant surprise. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company in Australia that has delivered that quickly. There are two types of instructions for assembly, video or manual included in the packaging. The video was so easy to follow and the quality is excellent. I will recommend this company to everyone.
