Ergonomic Sit & Stand Heights: Lifting heights have been designed to provide a seated and standing height range that is ergonomically suited for 70% of all user heights. Minimum height (25.2") allows a seated position with both feet firmly on the ground and the maximum height (50.4") we don't recommend for users under 63" but does provide a comfortable standing position for users over 82.7".

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, that item will typically ship separately at a later time. If the desktop in your order is a pre-order item, the entire order will ship when the desktop becomes available.

Large Order Freight

Larger or bulk orders may require LTL pallet shipping, where items are best packed on a pallet to be able to ship together. In some cases, this may require additional pallet freight charges. If this applies to your order, one of our team members will contact you via email to explain the process and any extra charge so you can choose LTL pallet freight or regular parcel freight.

LTL pallet freight may add an extra day of processing time to your order. Our freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window to your address. Pallet freight will be delivered to the curb only for residential addresses or receiving dock for business addresses.

Split Delivery Of Orders

Orders containing multiple parcels always ship from our warehouse together but may arrive separately due to the way carriers process and sort packages of different sizes.

Split delivery parcels usually arrive within a few days of the first delivery and can be tracked using the links in your shipping notification email.

Desktops are most commonly affected due to their size.

We always use the fastest available carrier, but delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak periods.

Can I track the progress of my order?

All orders receive email tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates go live as soon as your orders first scan with the carrier is updated.

Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it?

If you need to update your order details or shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible via Shipping Form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed or shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Shipping to PO Boxes is available only for small items like monitor arms and accessories via Canada Post.

Larger items, such as desks and chairs, must be shipped to a residential or business address.

Will you deliver to my apartment or office?

While we can deliver to your home and/or work address, we cannot guarantee that our delivery partners will carry the items up any stairs or enter any elevators or drop the items inside your home. Our drivers are happy to deliver the items to the ground floor or your front door.

Can I provide specific delivery instructions?

We’re unable to accommodate custom delivery requests like advance calls, scheduled times, or specific drop-off locations unless you arrange your own freight collection.

What happens if my product is damaged or lost in transit?

Every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please complete our Shipping Form within 2 business days of delivery date and we will work quickly to fix this for you.

Why do I need a Sit Stand desk converter?

If you have a fixed height desk, a sit stand desk converter is quick and easy way to enjoy all the benefits of a height adjustable desk without having to replace your existing desk or completely redo your office space.

How does the sit stand desk converter work? How many motors does it have?

The DESKY Zero sit stand desk converter has NO electric motors and uses a pneumatic gas cylinder to raise and lower the desk converter without the need for electricity. A hand lever easily operates the lifting mechanism so you can adjust the converter to your desired height.

How much weight can the sit stand desk converter lift?

The DESKY Zero Sit Stand Desk converter has a lifting capacity of 28.7 lbs. This is enough to easily hold a laptop or monitor, a keyboard and mouse and even some small speakers. The keyboard tray as a weight capacity of 4.4 lbs.

No, the Desky Zero sit stand desk converter is only available in black.

Do you have to attach the keyboard stand?

The key board stand is the only part of this system that requires assembly so you do have the option to leave this off the unit.

How long does it take to assemble?

Assembly will take as little as 10 minutes! The converter comes pre-assembled except for the keyboard tray. This only requires 6 screws and the included hex key to complete so you do not need any power tools. For step by step instructions please refer to the instruction manual included.

Our 10-year regular warranty applies to the sit-stand desk frame and electronic components. The Almost Perfect desktops are sold as is, but we guarantee that they will last over time. To support that, this model is covered by:

10-Year Warranty – Desk frame, motors, control box, and all electronic components

No Warranty – Almost Perfect Desktop surfaces and finish

Before Lodging a Claim: Troubleshooting

Most issues with height-adjustable desks can be fixed in just a few minutes, without needing a return or replacement. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend performing a quick system reset. This solves most error codes, uneven legs, and movement faults.

How to Reset Your Desk

Press and hold the “Down” button until the desk reaches its lowest position.
Continue holding the button for 5–10 seconds until the display reads “Reset”.
Press and hold the “”Down” button again until the desk lowers a little more and then rises slightly. The height will display and is then ready to use.
Test the desk, moving it up and down through the full height range.

Return Instructions

Products purchased from the Desky Almost Perfect Range are not subject to the standard Desky Return Policy and Warranty Policy. Almost Perfect Range products are sold in ‘as-is’ condition. Buyers acknowledge and accept the product in the condition it is in when purchasing a product through the Almost Perfect Range program.
