Love my standing desk converter. Easy to put together, easy one handed lifting and lowering. It takes up minimal space on my desk Vs some competitor products. Looks great as well with simplicity in design. I'm 159cm's and it works well with my height, on top of a "standard" size desk. Monitor is perfect eye level height. Good stuff Desky.

Perfect desk setup

I had been looking for something like this for my desk at home. I was pleased when the specifications of this item meant it was the perfect fit for my desk. It was easy to assemble with straight forward instructions. My favourite part is the smooth transition from sitting to standing height using a lever on the right side. I love the round corners too. Ergonomic Sit & Stand Heights: Lifting heights have been designed to provide a seated and standing height range that is ergonomically suited for 70% of all user heights. Minimum height (25.2") allows a seated position with both feet firmly on the ground and the maximum height (50.4") we don't recommend for users under 63" but does provide a comfortable standing position for users over 82.7".

Same Day Shipping

Orders for in-stock items ship the same day if ordered before 12pm EST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Tracking information is provided for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped tracking details will be sent via email.

Free Delivery Across Canada

All of our standing desks, chairs, and accessories are shipped FREE across Canada to standard addresses.

Rural Shipping & Charges: rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times but we make every effort to choose the fastest delivery partner to your area to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible. Rural areas may incur additional shipping fees. Where this is the case one of our team members will contact you to discuss the extra cost or offer to cancel the order.

LTL Freight Charges: larger orders may require delivery via LTL/pallet shipping to ship safely and may incur extra charges. Where this is the case one of our team members will contact you prior to dispatch of your order. For full details see our LTL Freight Policy below.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are sent across Canada through our select delivery partners, Canpar, GLS, Fedex. Purolator and Canada Post. We select the carrier based on the speed of delivery to your address. Shipping to Post Boxes is possible for very small items with Canada Post.

Most orders ship as parcel freight however larger orders may require LTL Freight shipping and will be delivered on a pallet to your address. For full details see our LTL Freight Policy below.

Split Delivery Of Orders

Orders that ship as parcel freight and contain multiples parcels are dispatched from our warehouse together and will usually be delivered together at the same time. However, due to the different sizes of parcels that can make up an order and how they are sorted, it can happen that your order is processed in more than one delivery. Any split deliveries usually occur with a few days of the first delivery and this is most commonly the desktop.

LTL Freight Policy

Larger orders often ship more safely with LTL/pallet shipping where your order is packed carefully on a pallet and shipped with specific LTL freight providers. In some instances, this may require extra pallet freight charges. Where this is the case one of our team members will contact you via email to explain the process and any extra charges that may be required so you choose if you wish to ship this as parcel freight or LTL pallet freight.

Where you choose LTL/pallet freight this may add an extra day processing time to your order. The LTL freight carrier will call prior to delivery to schedule in a delivery window to your address.

Shipping FAQs

Can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information. This tracking information will update as soon as your parcel receives the initial scans by our couriers and then you can track your parcels progress online!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are only able to ship Monitor Arms and Small Accessories to PO Boxes. The larger shipping size of desks, chairs and larger accessories means that we can only ship these to residential or commercial addresses.

Can i provide specific delivery instructions?

We are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. Such requests can only be accommodated if a customer organises freight collection and services themselves.

What happens if my product is damaged in transit?

All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via the Contact page page or email help@desky.ca directly within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.

I have not received my order, it appears to be late?

We understand that delays are frustrating, so thank you for your patience! Please check the tracking information you have been sent for your delivery in case there is a tracking update or notification of an attempted delivery, issue with the delivery address or the parcel has been taken to a parcel collection point.

If your order is more than 3 business days late based on our delivery estimates please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order and we will contact the freight carrier directly.

Why do I need a Sit Stand desk converter?

If you have a fixed height desk, a sit stand desk converter is quick and easy way to enjoy all the benefits of a height adjustable desk without having to replace your existing desk or completely redo your office space.

How does the sit stand desk converter work? How many motors does it have?

The DESKY Zero sit stand desk converter has NO electric motors and uses a pneumatic gas cylinder to raise and lower the desk converter without the need for electricity. A hand lever easily operates the lifting mechanism so you can adjust the converter to your desired height.

How much weight can the sit stand desk converter lift?

The DESKY Zero Sit Stand Desk converter has a lifting capacity of 28.7 lbs. This is enough to easily hold a laptop or monitor, a keyboard and mouse and even some small speakers. The keyboard tray as a weight capacity of 4.4 lbs.

How much surface/desktop space is available on the converter?

Desktop work surface - 23.6" W x 15.7" D; Keyboard tray - 26" W x 8.5" D

Are there any colour options for this?

No, the Desky Zero sit stand desk converter is only available in black.

How long does it take to assemble?

Assembly will take as little as 10 minutes! The converter comes pre-assembled except for the keyboard tray. This only requires 6 screws and the included hex key to complete so you do not need any power tools. For step by step instructions please refer to the instruction manual included.

Warranty Return Instructions

Where a product is covered under the Desky Limited Warranty, we will determine whether a repair, replacement part or replacement product is provided and will be responsible for the cost of any such repair, replacement part or replacement product. We will be responsible for organising and the cost of any shipping required to facilitate the warranty.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your DESKY. We are confident that you will after putting it to the test, but if you find that you should have chosen a different desk, prefer a different desktop colour or size, a different chair or accessories for example, we can provide an exchange. Similarly, we understand on rare occasions that our products may just not be the right fit for your needs and our return policy can also help.
We offer a straight forward return and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order that meets our Returns Policy conditions.

Note: For change of mind returns you are responsible for any freight charges to return a product to us. You are responsible for organising the collection and delivery of any returns and assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment back to us.
