I ordered the hardwood walnut desktop. The finish on it is beautiful, and the design perfectly matches the aesthetic I was going for. When my desktop arrived, there was a noticeable crack in it. However, the Desky support team was able to send a brand new replacement to me! Overall, i'm very satisfied and would recommend

Great desk with plenty of room at a great price. Very helpful video that made setting it up a breeze. Quiet dual sit/stand motor and the accessories to manage & declutter the jungle of wires is bonus!

We ordered a L Shape desk with riser and chair. The table is nice except we got two different colours of desk tops/wood. When trying to solve this to get matching table tops, everything is complicated.

This has still not been resolved as we speak. Also the chair we received the air cylinder was default and the response has been that they dont have a new cylinder. (they offered us a discount on the chair.. but that is not going to fix it).

We have only been able to correspond with Desky via email and it is getting us nowwhere

The quality of the desk are amazing. Everything else is TERRIBLE be careful when dealing with them.

I have never left a review like this and generally try to not leave bad reviews but my experience was so bad that I had to warn others.

The chair arrived quickly and was fairly easy to assemble. The issue was that someone put a hole in the box during shipping and the base of the chair ended up getting scraped. The company did offer to remedy this which is fine. The chair itself is very cheap feeling. Lots of flimsy plastic, cheap materials and soft foam on the seat. Nothing about it warrants the price. Feels like you got a basic IKEA or Costco chair.

This on top of it being damaged, made me want to return it but because it was damaged during shipping (no fault of mine) the company wouldn’t allow it. So I’m stuck with a cheap, damaged chair and all I got was a very minor refund because of the scratch.

Look elsewhere. For a slightly higher price you can get much better quality.

My computer uses a Corsair 5000D Airflow Mid-Tower ATX Computer Case. It size and weight fits the cpu mount specifications. But it just didn't handle the computer.

The cup mount hold the case, but it clearly appeared that it was not meant to hold such a big case:

1. All the cpu mount will lean around its pivot point under the computer weight, enough that the computer will simply fall down if it is not attached firmly.

2. With the narrow width (13cm) of the holder base, the computer is very unstable and can easily fall down.

3. The holder will only mount between the table legs. So between the computer case on one side and the drawer on the other side, I was left with little space, my legs to scrape against the computer case. It was very frustrating to get a 60in table top and so little space for my legs. I ended up designing my own adapter to mount a third party cup holder on the outer side of the table legs.

First, I wanted to like this product. It's a Canadian company. I’ve watched many videos on how great their products are, and I felt assured that assembly and such would be straightforward and simple. I hate writing negative reviews as I usually don’t talk ill, as it is not productive, but consider this a cautious note. I will start with a positive.

The desk material is great. The desktop is smooth and the legs are well built. The cable management and integrated power are awesome. Those are the positives. However, assembly does not take 30 minutes, as they mention in numerous videos. Done well, it takes at least an hour with two people.

The controller itself doesn't work; however, the desk somehow connected via Bluetooth, so I'm able to control via the Desky app. The app can be glitchy and does not save the preset heights consistently. Hopefully, the app doesn't crash or the Bluetooth connection stops.

Per their request, I've done EVERYTHING they have told me to do (restarts, resets, unplugging and all). I've sent photos and a video as well. Troubleshooting this issue has interrupted my work for two days. Customer service has been disappointing and frustrating to say the least, repeating themselves, and I don't know what else to do besides maybe having to create a full-length documentary for them showing how the controller is not working. I may need to hire a freelancer to shoot and edit to meet their requirements (I am joking, but for real, this process is absurd).…

My overall experience using this item js great. So far, it works very well and I am happy to have a standing desk. I gave four stars instead of 5 stars because instructions weren't so clear which meant using the wrong screws and having to disassemble and redo to use the correct screws. Also, the desk took many weeks to arrive. I think that I waited about a month for delivery.

Looks great on the desk, but offers poor performance with my mouse. Slower movements are a pain as the felt is not as smooth as a proper mouse pad.

Wow, the quality of the Desky desk is outstanding. All parts are well built, precise and fit like a glove. The assembly will require both the included instructions along with the Youtube video. Once assembled, it is solid and sturdy. Well done Desky.

I just installed my new CPU mount and so far I like it. I had to install the mounting bracket sideways to accomodate my Desk's lifting hardware which isn't clear from the instructions. A video would be helpful as the instructions are overly simplistic.

Also, it needs additional support on the open side. The slide in bracket is too low so my tower was still leaning slightly. To address it I used a zip tie to connect the pull cable to the support which brought it to true. I would suggest that should be part of the design both for this reason and for a more secure mount.

I got the softwood oak dual desky. It is easy to assemble and works as advertised. The only hiccup was they gave me the wrong desktop (incorrect holes that wouldn’t screw onto the frame). As soon as I pointed out the error, they sent me the correct one a few days later. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
