Spending long hours at a desk often leads to subtle slouching, poor leg circulation, and uncomfortable pressure on the back of your thighs. When your feet aren't properly grounded, your entire spine compensates, leaving you fatigued before the workday even ends. The Desky Elevated Foot Rest is designed to transform static sitting into an active, comfortable experience, bringing your body back into healthy alignment by taking the daily strain off your lower back.
Engineered for complete adaptability, this footrest features a dual-height spring mechanism (5.6 in and 6.4 in) paired with a smooth +20°/-20° tilt range. Whether you need a firm, angled surface to keep you engaged during deep focus or an elevated bar when you want to lean back, it seamlessly adjusts to your exact workflow.
Built on a heavy-duty steel frame supporting up to 55 lbs, it delivers rock-solid stability beneath a cushioned, soft-touch footbed. Complete with high-density foam leg supports and non-skid rubber base grips, it brings a durable, premium upgrade to any modern workspace.
Unlike flimsy plastic footrests that flex, creak, or crack under pressure, the Desky Elevated Foot Rest is engineered with heavy-duty steel to deliver rock-solid durability. Designed to support up to 55 lbs without warping, it provides an uncompromising foundation that stays securely in place while protecting your floors from scuffs and scratches.
Find your exact comfort zone and improve seat-to-floor alignment in seconds. With an intuitive spring-button mechanism, you can effortlessly adjust the footrest elevation to relieve unwanted pressure under your thighs and keep your posture grounded throughout long work sessions.
Switch effortlessly between focused typing and relaxed stretching with a versatile high-bar design. The soft-touch, cushioned footbed supports your feet through long working hours, while the foam-padded upper rail gives you a high-reach leg rest when it's time to recline.

Adjusting the height is completely tool-free. Simply press the spring button located at the base of the footrest frame and pull the footrest up or push it down to shift between the 5.59-inch and 6.38-inch settings (142mm and 162mm). You will hear an audible click once it locks securely into place.
The elevated top frame rail is wrapped in high-density foam to serve as an extended leg rest. It allows you to recline back in your chair, stretch your legs out fully, and shift postures throughout the workday to relieve lower back strain.
