Our foot rocker allows 40 degrees of movement, optimised to prevent stiffness and associated lower limb pain. Rocking gently whilst working stretches the calf, hamstrings, and the tendons in your feet, helping to keep your lower legs limber and pain free. I like to work in different positions so grabbed a set of skates for my sit/stand desk. Problem was my the sitting desk height was too high even with a keyboard drawer below. I tried a few options even a cardboard box but finally grabbed the Desky Rocker after other versions fell apart (usual the plastic platform cracking). Assembly was ok, no instructions but finally worked out the slide-in-to-lock design. Height is great on the highest side and the rocking motion is perfect!
Love this! This little foot stool is perfect for getting my legs comfy at the desk. It’s also made my sit stand chair a lot more comfy as I can lean against it at any angle

I bought this to aid in recovery from a knee injury. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and now keeps my legs moving while I'm seated at my desk. Too soon to say if the knees have been saved, but my ankles and calves are certainly enjoying the little bit of excercise!
