Control works well and memorized the chosen height
It is a good controler. Must have with your Desky Desk. Can Save 4 different height settings and easily connect your phone to it and control your desk via phone app. Controller also comes with a USB C charging port for convenience.
The one I received had the up button not constantly working. Fortunately, I had good support and they sent a replacement for free. This one works just fine. I actually like the timer, which I use as a reminder to change posture, but for a lot of other stuff (cooking timer, etc).
I have had a great experience, Since I bought a dual desky last year and I called for post sales services They offered me a free of charge new controler and display which have solved my problem

I like this controller more than the default one that came with my desk. The buttons are bigger and very well lit. It is simple to use as well as the smartphone app. I thought that this controller would come with my desk when I bought it but no, I had to buy it separately.
Great new upgrade on the Desky Bluetooth controller
The experience of installing and using the controller has been very good. The controller was purchased as part of a dual desk table. I installed the controller without any hassles. The controller operates well and controls the desky as desired. The up and down function is very smooth as the desk moves to it new height setting.
The app also controls the desky very well. Enabling the app to modify the settings on the controller.
Looks great on my desk replacing the older style
My controller started malfunctioning after 2 years. The staff at Desky was really helpful and helped me with a new one in a matter of days. Really appreciate the customer service. Keep it up.
Works well.
I had to order this controller to replace a faulty one that was sent initially with my order. With that initial order, they also sent me the wrong desktop colour, then said they were out of stock and I had to wait. Two months later and my replacement desktop has still not shipped, no follow-up from Desky, and my negative review was never posted. I would not recommend Desky based on their customer service and the product I was sent, try Effy or Progressive instead.
